Built in 1653, our hotel-restaurant is a ancient house situated in the heart of the medieval village of Gruyères. This building was restored while preserving the know-how typically gruérien and will allow you to call on unforgettable stay there.
Our rooms, with style and completely renewed, offer you all the comfort and an access by elevator.
To the restaurant, our cooking appeals to the delicious products of the soil: cheeses of the Country of Fribourg, trout's fished in our lakes and rivers, gruériennes specialities, desserts double cream and cover with meringue.
In season, eat the hunting in October, the delicatessen in November and, every day colds, the sauerkraut with meat.
